Recently, a website that addressed at “www.fit2fat2fit.com” has attracted many people attention, especially the past few months. We tried to search and find that this site is very use full especially for you who wants to lose weight and get healthy.

As we find more information about this website, we ended for inclusion: this website is a real time journal in which the host Drew Manning is proving his diet programs can be successful.

Purpose

Many people feel uncertain and even frustrating in the process of losing weight. People who are overweight often feel this is something that is difficult and unlikely to be achieved in quick time. Well this is Drew Manning Fit2Fat2Fit.com website dedicated to proving that he is able to do all of that, he designed a program that he intends to achieve in just 6 months.

How is Drew Manning ?

Drew Manning is a personal trainer and really has an interest in fitness.

My love of fitness began at an early age through sports and it became an addiction. Said Manning.

He started paying attention to health and body building since he is in college and through Sport activities. He then get addicted to fitness and finally decided to become a certified Personal Trainer. Since then, he began to train his clients by mixing between nutrition and work out plan.

Drew Manning plans’ (currently running) is change his fit and ideal body to be Fat in 6 months and then change it again to ideal weight in 6 months programs.

The main purpose of Drew Manning is that he wants to prove that there is no impossible thing if we intend to lose weight. He wants to inspire many people who want to be more fit by tested it first, teach them how and give hope to them that it is possible to get the healthy body and stay healthy.

My goal is to inspire people to get fit, teach them how to do it and give Them Hope that it IS possible to get fit and stay fit. I want to share my knowledge with my comprehensive fitness followers so That they can know how to lose weight successfully, even though for many it’s going to be a struggle. People that are overweight have to overcome both physical and emotional barriers plus it comes to losing weight. he added.

Manning started his program in May 2011. And at this time (October 2011), Manning has been able to increase his weight around 70 pounds. And estimated in November 2011, he will begin the 6 months Weight Lose Programs to his originally weight and body shape. -I hope he succeeds. Manning Said: I hope to better gain an understanding of how hard it really is to be overweight. I know it’s only going to be for 6 months, but at least it’ll give me a small window of the physical and emotional issues that come with being overweight.
