What is School Loop ?

School Loop is an online application for middle and High School students and parents to be able to communicate with their teachers, it can also said as an e-mail alternative. This application allows the staff to access each of the workload of students and graduates to provide “digital lockers” to share files.

School Loop is a paid online application (commercial) created by Mark Gross, a school teacher and a father. Together with his colleague Tom Burns, who is an engineer, they built this online system to monitor and to check whether students do their homework. The system provides a calendar system for assignment due-dates. Students can also store files in a digital locker for later use. Groups can be formed by students with the permission of a teacher or a staff member. Parents can sign up to keep track of their child’s progress and check homework, assignments and grades.
